Document Control Management

Document Control — the project’s single official source of information.

Its role is to centralize and manage the most up-to-date project data, including design deliverables, schedules, contracts, site instructions, change orders, supervision, quality control, meeting summaries, task lists, approval processes, receipts, permits, and more.

Document control must be maintained on a daily basis, ensuring constant updates and interactions among all stakeholders — keeping everyone informed and aligned with their respective tasks and responsibilities.

We work with Autodesk’s platform, which provides the flexibility to create customized workflows tailored to the specific needs of each project.
